Marketing Concept
I. Context
The Iranian Institute of Project & Process Management is a non-profit registered Institute founded in April 2005. IPPMA is a member of the International Project Management Association (IPMA), a professional body of Projects and Business Managers with the aim of strengthening Project Management in Iran. In the past year IPPMA has made strides in creating a substantial increase in awareness amongst CEO’s, Practicing Managers and Academia regarding the importance of Project Management.
Establishment of “Certification Body” and recruiting the potential certification candidates is an important milestone in IPPMA activities.
In the first instance potential cooperation partners should be addressed, but also the already cooperating partners should be informed continuously and should be assisted by IPPMA.
IPPMA has 44 members and one co-operating partner; Aryana Group, and strives to develop more partnerships and increasing membership.

III. Objectives

· Update already existing marketing material (folder, homepage, …)

· Create awareness of the existence of IPPMA
· Increase awareness and formal reputation of IPPMA
· New co-operations for research programmes
· Market “ Qualification Trainings for Certification Preparation”
· Market “D-Level Certification”

VI. Measures

Measures for all target groups

Measure 1: Folder
Develop folder

Measure 2: Homepage
The homepage should continuously be up-dated and improved
Measure 3: Newsletter
The second Newsletter has been sent in December. Ideas for the next newsletter should be collected. The newsletter will be send every 3 months.

Measure 4: Poster
A poster will be created. The content will be similar to IPPMA folder.

Measure 5: Presentations
Presentations about the IPPMA will be held at
· IPPMA events (Briefing Workshop, …)
· General events (?? Conference, ...)

Measure 6: Publications (Abstract/Papers/...)
Abstracts and papers will be written for conferences and congresses and then published. They will be made available on the homepage and announced via the newsletter.

Measure 7: Dress Code
The IPPMA team members should be identified by some defined symbols, e.g. wearing some tags or similar IPMA pin (needle)
