از اونجا که پروتکل IEC 61850 نقش مهمی در اتوماسیون پستها داره در این تاپیک سعی میکنم این موضوع را باز کنم و از همه دوستانی که در این خصوص تجربه دارن میخوام که همکاری کنن.

INTRODUCTION 61850-7-1

This part of the IEC 61850 series provides an overview of the architecture for communication
and interactions between substation devices such as protection devices, breakers,
transformers, substation hosts etc.
This document is part of a set of specifications which details a layered substation communication
architecture. This architecture has been chosen to provide abstract definitions of classes
(representing hierarchical information models) and services such that the specifications are
independent of specific protocol stacks, implementations, and operating systems.
The goal of the IEC 61850 series is to provide interoperability between the IEDs from different
suppliers or, more precisely, between functions to be performed in a substation but residing in
equipment (physical devices) from different suppliers. Interoperable functions may be those
functions that represent interfaces to the process (for example, circuit breaker) or substation
automation functions such as protection functions. This part of the IEC 61850 series uses
simple examples of functions to describe the concepts and methods applied in the IEC 61850
series.​

INTRODUCTION 61850-7-2

This document is part of a set of specifications which details a layered substation communication
architecture. This architecture has been chosen to provide abstract definitions of
classes and services such that the specifications are independent of specific protocol stacks,
implementations, and operating systems.
The IEC 61850 series is intended to provide interoperability between a variety of substation
and feeder devices. Communication between these devices is achieved by the definition of a
hierarchical class model (for example, logical device, logical node, data, data set, report
control, or log) and services provided by these classes (for example, get, set, report, define,
delete) in parts IEC 61850-7-x.
This part of IEC 61850 defines the abstract communication service interface (ACSI) for use in
the utility substation domain that require real-time cooperation of intelligent electronic devices.
The ACSI has been defined so as to be independent of the underlying communication systems.
Specific communication service mappings3 (SCSM) are specified in part 8-x and part 9-x of this
standard.​

This document is part of a set of specifications, which details layered substation communication
architecture. This architecture has been chosen to provide abstract definitions of
classes and services such that the specifications are independent of specific protocol stacks
and objects. The mapping of these abstract classes and services to communication stacks is
outside the scope of IEC 61850-7-x and may be found in IEC 61850-8-x (station bus) and
IEC 61850-9-x (process bus).
IEC 61850-7-1 gives an overview of this communication architecture. This part of IEC 61850
defines common attribute types and common data classes related to substation applications.
These common data classes are used in IEC 61850-7-4. To define compatible data
classes, the attributes of the instances of data shall be accessed using services defined
in IEC 61850-7-2.​

This part of IEC 61850 is a part of set of specifications (IEC 61850). IEC 61850 defines a
substation communication architecture. This architecture has been chosen to provide abstract
definitions of classes and services such that the specifications are independent of specific
protocol stacks, implementations, and operating systems. The mapping of these abstract
classes and services to communication stacks is outside the scope of IEC 61850-7-x and may
be found in IEC 61850-8-x and in IEC 61850-9-x.
IEC 61850-7-1 gives an overview of this communication architecture. IEC 61850-7-3 defines
common attribute types and common data classes related to substation applications.
The attributes of the common data classes may be accessed using services defined
in IEC 61850-7-2. These common data classes are used in this part to define the compatible
data classes.
To reach interoperability, all data in the data model need a strong definition with regard to
syntax and semantics. The semantics of the data is mainly provided by names assigned to
logical nodes and data they contain, as defined in this part. Interoperability is easiest if as
much as possible of the data are defined as mandatory. Because of different philosophies and
technical features, settings were declared as optional in this edition of the standard. After some
experience has been gained with this standard, this decision may be reviewed in an
amendment or in the next revision of this part.
It should be noted that data with full semantics is only one of the elements required to achieve
interoperability. Since data and services are hosted by devices (IED), a proper device model is
needed along with compatible, domain specific services (see IEC 61850-7-2).
The compatible logical node name and data name definitions found in this part and the
associated semantics are fixed. The syntax of the type definitions of all data classes are
abstract definitions provided in IEC 61850-7-2 and IEC 61850-7-3. Not all features of logical
nodes are listed in this part for example data sets and logs are covered in IEC 61850-7-2.​

This document is part of a set of specifications which details layered substation communication
architecture.
This part of IEC 61850 is intended to provide inter-device operation of a variety of substation
and feeder devices to achieve interoperability providing detailed information on how to create
and exchange concrete communication messages that implement abstract services and
models specified in IEC 61850-7-4, IEC 61850-7-3, and IEC 61850-7-2.
The mapping allows for data exchange over ISO/IEC 8802-3 Local Area Networks between all
kinds of substation devices. Some of the protocol stacks used within this document are
routable. Therefore the actual communications path may not be restricted to the LAN. Data
exchange consists of real-time monitoring and control data, including measured values, to
name just a few.​

This part of IEC 61850 applies to electronic current and voltage transformers (ECT and EVT)
with a digital output via a merging unit, for use with electronic measuring instruments and
electronic protective devices.
The transformer technology can be based on optical arrangements equipped with electronic
components, on air core coils (with or without a built-in integrator) or, on iron core coils
with integrated burden and used as a current to voltage converter, alone or equipped with
electronic components.
For digital output, this standard takes into account a point to point connection from the merging
unit to electronic measuring instruments and electronic devices.
This mapping allows interoperability between devices from different manufacturers.
This standard does not specify individual implementations or products, nor does it constrain the
implementation of entities and interfaces within a computer​

دوستان همه منابع انگلیسی معرفی کردن
و حق هم با دوستانه ، چون واقعا منبع فارسی پیدا نمیشه در این مورد
ولی شما میتونید به فصل آخر کتاب آقای دکتر حشمت الله هوشمند در مورد طراحی پست های فشاار قوی مراجعه کنید
البته اونجا هم زیاد مطلب رو بست نداده ! ولی باز از هیچ چی بهتره
