در این نوع سوال به دنبال یافتن گزینه ای هستیم که در متن به آن اشاره نشده یا با گفته های متن در تضاد باشد. پس دقت کنید آنچه که می یابید و متن وجود دارد گزینه مدنظر ما نیست!!!
1) در وهله اول باید واژگان کلیدی سوال را بدست آورید و منطقه مشخص سوال را در متن بیابید.
2) سپس حتما مستقیم به سراغ گزینه ها بروید و Scan کردن گزینه ها را آغاز کنید، زیرا هر گزینه ای که در متن پیدا شود به راحتی از گزینه های مدنظر ما حذف می شوند، دقت نمایید، حذف می شوند!!
3) در حین مراحل رفت و برگشت خود از سوال به متن و بالعکس به نکته Paraphrasing کمال توجه را داشته باشید.

با توجه به متن، گزینه های a، b، و c ذکر شده اند اما از عناصر حدید در پوسته ی زمین حرفی به میان نیامده است پس با رد گزینه و scan به بهترین گزینه خواهیم رسید
