راستش من به مقداری اطلاعات اولیه برای شروع کار تحقیقیم در زمینه ی سنسور های MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Sensor) برای اندازه گیری گاز CO2 نیاز دارم اگه کسی هست که بتونه کمکم کنه ممنونش می شم.
